Four independent modules form a complete synth voice
All functionality is present on the front panel, with ample room for knob twiddling
All jacks are uniquely named for quick patch notes. Inputs are above outputs. Knobs with names matching a jack are an attenuator, and are located in the bottom row. Knobs on top are big because thats where all the action is.
100% discrete (counting op-amps) analog circuits inspired by classic synths and analog computing.
Temperature stable VCO with +/- 2 cents error over 6 octaves when properly calibrated. Sawtooth and pulse waves, with pulse width modulation. Exponential FM input. Sync with frequency/slew rate dependent behavior.
2nd order State Variable VCF, with unique waveshaping characteristic
Voltage Controlled Slew, with bipolar LFO and unipolar ADSR modes. Three position range switch to go from minutes long cycles at the slowest, to ultrasonics at the highest setting. Rise and fall controls, as well as simultaneous exponential control.
Voltage controlled amplifier, with 2-stage 40dB wavefolder as overdrive. 40dB equates to about 100x folds, or 10x folds per serial stage (20dB gain each). Novel "step cell" nonlinearity enables a stair step transfer function (quantization noise), or full wavefolding. Each stage has step or fold modes available.
Whats in the box: 40hp Eurorack module, 10-pin to 16-pin power cable, tearaway art card.
